Services anchoring
The anchoring system is the most vital piece in securing your metal building investment. Several options are used to include, rebar anchors, concrete wedge anchors, mobile home anchors and lag bolts.

The appropriate type of anchoring system is used to secure your metal structure. The standard system is wind rated at 90 mph, but additional anchoring may be available to provide more security. Commercial buildings up to 30' wide are wind rated at 140 mph. Buildings 31'-40' wide are wind rated for 150 mph.
Rebar Anchors - used on ground installations
Concrete Wedge Anchors - used when installing a carport or garage on concrete
Mobile Home Anchors - may be purchased at an additional fee for buildings and carports less than 30' wide. However, they are included in commercial structures greater than 25' wide.
Lag Bolts - used on non-certified installations with a wood installation surface.
